I've a dead pixel in the centre of my iPad display. I went in to the nearby Apple shop and was informed I had a need to back-up my application on iTunes but I'd nevertheless shed a number of my "costly documents" that I want for function, really annoying! I went home and supported my iPad, then I named clients help... They explained it was protected under guarantee but that might be getting an exposed, "like-new iPad with restored components inside it"... As my iPad is significantly less than 8 weeks old I acquired really annoyed and told numerous "geniuses" that I'm robbed since I have only invested $850 significantly less than 8 weeks before, & their only answer was providing me a restored components iPad... Really rude people, insufficient comprehension, and poor corporate plan has transformed my brain about Apple... I'll NEVER purchase another Apple product again. Consumer beware!
