Our new check came just like planned so when we hooked it-up it didn't function. Named the DELL assistance point and got people in India that may talk hardly any Language. Your issue has nevertheless not been solved. All I'd like would be to return the check and obtain my cash back. I'll never purchase another Dell solution. When they decide to out-source that's their company, but I actually donot need to do business with Dell. I'd like a return tag for this broken check.
