Purchased 6 wall switches for $77.94 on 12/15. Got a conformation email for order number: 3710690 within 1 day. Credit card was charged. Never received a shipping notification. Called X10 who told me that they no longer carry that product and that it would take 30-45 days to issue a refund to my account. It's been 40 days and still no refund (1/25). Is X10 going under? Do they so need $77.94 that they will keep that money as long as they can? I will file a dispute with Mastercard on January 31st if no refund has yet been received.
