Hi, my title is Daffanie Buras, and that I puchased a fresh toshiba notebook in addition to the warranty bundle about six months before. After possessing the product for 5 weeks it chose to overheat after being blocked in instantly to cost. I came across the issue the following day after I visited use my pc. The computer itself was warm towards the contact so when I visited start it I came across the display was damaged. Much to my despair I had been fortunate that my home did not burn down. I instantly named your customer care centre, which incidentally was a hard problem since the individual I originally talked with couldn't talk english perfectly. After about one hour of returning and forth using the "customer support representative" the preparations were designed to deliver my pc for that repairs. The following event happened about 14 days into toshiba having my pc, that has been an enormous inconvience in my experience because of the proven fact that my computer can be used for my work, I obtained a telephone call from Claudia, who incidentally requires a training in just how to talk to clients, declaring the issue could not be copied which my computer might no be set until I taken care of the repairs??? I requested to talk to her exceptional, not just did she WOn't I would like to speak with anybody higher-up, however it was essentially set to me that I'd be caught with this specific bit of shit item! Not just am I extremely upset that toshiba doesn't uphold these products they produce, The workers are terrible aswell. Like a customer, i do want to thank you for among the most shittiest encounters. I'll never buy anything using the title toshiba or something associated with toshiba. I'll FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT ONLINE AND WARN PEOPLE BY WHAT CAN EVENTUALLY THEM AHEAD OF BUYING TOSHIBA ITEMS.
