I bought a Optiplex 980 from dell on 25th December I receive system after on 5 days and when I power on the system, it is denied to start. I called number of times to customer for return they don't guide me proper and then when I got the proper return stuff and return the product. They still do not refund me. When ever I talked to the customer guys they just said, we are very sorry about that.
