Bad Product - Bad Customer Support

I bought a pack bundle from HP Revenue division by phone-in Sept. 2011 to incorporate Notebook, check, port replicator and printer. I talked thorough with revenue showing what I'd make use of the gear with, i.E., additional workplace equipment that I'd and delayed for them in regards to what works best for me personally and obtained appropriately.

I received the purchase a couple of days later excluding the notebook that was delivered per week and half later. I named Mr. Billyard back again to allow him understand the issue extended - he explained he'd return to me in a few times - which he didn't. Along this time around I had been informed the one month guarantee period and past - I noticed that the issue was documented nicely inside the one month guarantee period. I named him back and that's when he explained the port replicator was just intended for "lighting" product use (what's that???). I again described how it had been requested and chosen from the revenue division - after much disappointment I had been subsequently switched to Christopher Fawcett.in the beginning he likewise managed the replicator wasn't made to manage models which were connected to it and that I quickly requested if he'd educated revenue and outlined the restrictions on unsold models - he explained which was not his job... (not his job!). Then he decided it might be the monitor so he suggested they'd deliver a brand new check. I acquired it on November 10 and could have it put up on November 12.in taking a look at the container the check came in - it had been very diverse from the initial one which I'd obtained and so I started to speculate when they had delivered me a "restored" device. As soon as I'd it mounted and connected to the replicator it'd exactly the same problems. I named Mr. Fawcett on November 14th and was informed he might return my phone that evening - I also quit a note for him the new check didn't function. He didn't bother calling me. He did contact the next evening - he explained that it'd arrived at his interest that there have been more individuals using the same criticism and delivered me a another thing I would attempt (trying out more hours on my component) I also requested him when the "new" check was actually new or perhaps a restored one. He suggested it had been a restored device which since I have was away from "one month guarantee time" something that I would obtain might JUST be restored products. I had been mad - easily desired restored models I really could have bought them in a less expensive than new - I decided to not!!! He was belligerent and nearly hung-up on me. I'm left with poor items - have invested hours attempting to solve these issues to no avail. HP has lost my period, initiatives and power and it has utilized my financial assets to buy items thatnot work after which delivered poor items (restored models) to displace poor items that nevertheless don't function. After I questioned Mr. Fawcett to consult with somebody bigger up he suggested there is no body higher-up... I've named their corporate workplace and obtained no help – just that another person in government assistance may contact me.

I'm completely embarrassed with horsepower and certainly will it's become apparent they market items that don’t interact and intentionally proceed to do this.
