My partner purchased this coffee equipment off ebay also it was restored, and included a-one year warrenty, he paid $550. We'd the equipment 5 weeks also it started to trickle, we delivered it in per their directions at our expence for $65.00 and taken care of a cleaning-which was opptional for another $45.00. I began to possess the same issue once again, and so I named 11-14-05 quit a note for that Tec department. Named a second period 11-20-05... No-call back, then I attempted revenue 11-25-05 since no body might contact me back at customer support. I talked to Phill described the device was performing the sasme factor whilst the last period, dripping water. He explained he'd provide the data towards the Tec department, I described they never call-back.

Affirmed they didn't contact me, I subsequently named revenue again and requested to talk to a manger. I paid $65.00 for shipping and requested a cleaning costing me $45.00 agaid... My spouse gets a phone from their Tec department. Saying we've to cover the delivery and fix, he describes that it's still under warrenty, she stated she'll contact back... We never obtain the phone back. My partner named them back and talked to Linda, she stated that it is'not under warrenty which the equipment had scalling which created the furnace break, and stated the equipment hasn't been descaled. That is not the case, I actually do descale the equipment, it'll let you know about the display when to get this done, so when I acquired the machine backafter the very first fix I programed it for less glasses of caffeine between your descalling interval. I named Mark in revenue and he's stating becase my water is hard I'm not descaling enough, and today stating the look bucks descaling solution isn't operating, and that I must change the machine off all of the time, however it says within the guide that you simply don't need to do this all of the time... They're providing me the run-around... I've completed anything to take care of this device... And was inside the warrenty time of the 2nd break up. I'm like a customer my privileges are now being broken. I'm at their murcy since Mark in revenue stated they'll deliver the equipment back and never do the repair, until I spend.
