Since 8/16 I've been awaiting my notebook battery. From obtaining two distinct batteries 1-wrong entirely 2-a battery. These have now been requested from the alleged GEEK SQUAD. That do not recognized the things they are performing, I-donot believe they recognized anymore than I do. From beening informed to obtain my very own and publish the statement, to beening informed the ordered continues to be ended for no - recognized reason. Ihave a long capacity battery that will be the main reason I buy the TOSHIBA Laptop. If I'd of recognized what BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT I'ved would not had buy the warrnty!!!
