I ordered an Alienware PC o April 29th, since I was at a place where I could not call on the phone to placem my order, I did it via webchat, I gave the man Juan Alfaro the details of what I wanted, the order was placed, on the 5th of May, i noticed the UUS$2800 dollars that the laptop cost, was taken from my bank, and I still hadn't received an email from Dell confirming my purchase, so I called them when I got home, and the email was sent to me, inmediately i Noticed a copy of Office Home and student which I did not ordered, so I called the modifications department and I told them i hadn't ordered it, they told that they could change the order, but that it would delay shipping for another 3 weeks, so i said fine, leave it, ill pay for the office. On May 25th, I called them again, since the PC still hadn't been shipped, after about no less than 10 calls and about 7 hours on the phone, they told me there was an illegal component in the configuration, that the Office could not be included, I told them I had called regarding the Office in the first place, so they said they would investigate. The next day I called them again, THE SAME PEOPLE IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT TOLD THERE WAS NO ISSUE, EVERYTHING WAS FINE, THE ORDER WAS GOING THRU ITS NORMAL PROCESSING.
I sent them an email questioning the Office order, so on Thrusday 26th of may, a girl calls me from Customer Service to tell me the my order was an illegal order, and that it had to be cancelled and reentered again, that the office could not included with that type of PC and that the money that corresponded to that item would not be refunded, I was absolutly beside myself at the blatant and outright thievery that was unfolding before me.
I called the modofication dpt again at the customer service girls behest, Graviela Answers the phone, and she tells me they dont nothing about my order being wrong at all, she says if you want to cancel it, its going to take up to 45 days to get my money back!!! She suggested I speak to the man who taken my order in the first place, so after about 4 more hours on the phone, i find Mr. Alfaro, or Mr / Chicas as he called himself, he says right, we're going to cancel the order and make a new one, remove the office etc, so i said ok, as long as I get my PC at this point i'll go along with it,
He writes a new order, i had to call him to get the email with the details, when i get the email, there's no order number on it, so i called him again and he sent me the correct information, I went looking in to the items of the configuration of the PC, and I find a wireless mous, and a Blue Ray DVD reader I had never ordered in my original order, so i called Mr. Chicas once more, he says he included those items to cover the cost of the Office i had never oredered in the first place, I was irate, after a moment i composed myself, and told him to do it, what choice did i have? The punch line in all of this, is that friday, i get an email from them telling me that the money would be refunded and that was the end of it.

I spent 4 days on the phone trying to solve this, and at the end they say they are going to return the money, whenever, the original order number was
