I've had a Lenovo Y530 for around annually, the moment I received the pc it'd keyboard problem, and so I needed to deliver it back, about 4 weeks later I'd a battery problem and today I've another battery related problem. Speaking with costomer support I had been never conscious I really could return the pc despite the two issues throughout the guarantee. This really is my 3rd issue plus they WOn't assist me, I've spoken to tech support team and also the boss Manny and requested for additional options. I received 1 phrases solutions, basically the one thing they stated was no we're sorry you're caught with this faulty computer. I'm super disappointed and certainly will proceed to follow this issue until solved.
