I'm not a computer expert by any stretch. Iyogi helped me with a PC screen freeze for $169.99. They also did a PC tune up, eliminated service and start up programs I did not use. My PC boots much faster. I think it's worth it. And the service is available 24x7 and i can use their services for next whole year. I guess its the best computer service available in the market.
