I used the organization's online support facility, looking for help with a problem, as described in the text below. I've haerd nothing from them, inspite of repeating the same request a few days later.
Good day. AVS Video Editor crashes when I try to add menu items or import into the library. I tried saving my project as a diiferent name, but that resulted in all their being nothing in the media library. The original project has all the media, but continues to give me the error message i've attached, then hangs up. I'm right at the end of this project, after many hours of work, about to set up the menus and burn to blu-ray, so this is a real concern to me. I run Windows 7, an intel I5 cpu, 4 Gb of ram.
