Yonkers Tech Support technician, Carlos DaSilva from the Yonkers, NY Micro Center is an asset to the organization - he is extremely knowledgable, helpful and patient. It is rare to find this quality of service today. He offered excellent solutions to the problems I was experiencing with my computer. Unfortunately, I could not write a review on Micro Center's website because I did not have a receipt number I wish they had a better system to commend on outstanding employees - Unfortunately, the Yonkers, NY location is not even listed here.
