Today I found out they sent the wrong battery - I spent an hour on the phone with them before they finally agreed to send me the right battery for the price initially quoted. They so far have failed to actually do so, and have put me through additional wasted time filling out forms with duplicate information they ALREADY HAVE. DO NOT buy anything from Dell!
The only fair resolution to this issue is to send me the right battery and pay me for the hour plus I have spent dealing with Dell's incompetence
