Overview: Micro Medics Inc incorrectly fixed my notebook and wouldn't resolve the defective fix.
Micro Medics Inc fixed my horsepower TX1000 notebook, that was showing motherboard problems (instant quit operating, HD wouldn't function precisely, etc) on July 22. They delivered the notebook in my experience and on August 8, the pc showed the same issue. I named Micro Medics Inc, telling them of the defective fix. They delivered a brand new FedEx pc container for me personally to come back the notebook.
The notebook was lost (move of workplace problems) and present in the Fedex container. I delivered the container to Micro Medics Inc instantly on November 19. I understand that was overdue, but thought that Micro Medics Inc might recognize their dedication to correct the notebook since their first fix didn't repair the problem. Micro Medics Inc delivered the laptop in my experience without fix, having didn't actually consider the notebook.
Discussions using the Customer Support Repetitions at Micro Medics Inc were really respectful plus they nicely advised me they wouldn't restore the notebook, as an excessive amount of time had lapsed. I actually spoke to some CSR Boss who named the Vicepresident of Procedures (Thomas Renn) via his mobile phone. Mr. Renn informed the CSR Boss not recognize the fix, as an excessive amount of time choose to go by.
Although I completely understand that more than 3 weeks had approved since I have informed Micro Medics Inc of the disappointment of the laptop soon after they delivered the laptop in my experience, the wait didn't influence the disappointment of Micro Medics Inc to precisely restore my notebook. I advised the CSR Boss that I'd be publishing my encounter with Micro Medics Inc on the internet.
