I was on the net and suddenly skype was activated with a message that my computers registry was infected. I was directed to a "free download" of Repair Registry 2008. After the download it said that I had 3 severe errors and to remove them I would have to purchase the software. I filled out all the required fields including my debit card info and then realized that the software did not download. I located the download site and much to my dismay, it did nothing. I immediately called my bank and cancelled my card and after the sale is posted to my account I can file a report in hopes of getting a refund from "MY BANK"
