1. Call quality very bad. Vocie starts breaking up after few minutes. Very very unrelaible.
2. Cannot make conrefence calls. What is the point of buying this product when i cannot make calls at will.
I purchased MJ for long distance calling and conference calling and this fails to fulfill both requirements. Adding to it i signed up for 5 year service and i am told that i cannot be refunded for the 5 year service even though i have not used it for more than a year. Remember i already paid for the one year, the addditional 70 dollars was for extended service only.
