It took them two weeks to accomplish what seems could have been handled within a few hours

A week ago my pc ceased operating because it must and so I got it to Bestbuy. The Geek Team consultant that i sent it to explained they'd inform me once the identified the issue. Nearly per week handed after I named to "check-up" on the improvement after I was informed they'dnot discovered the origin of the problem however. A little disappointed I questioned the things they'd been performing with my pc this whole-time. He responded it had been waiting on the ledge for that next available specialist. Upon reading this I chose to do some study on the support. Much to my dismay I came across countless levels of grievances. And a lot of tips as options for example secure remote assistance. I acquired my pc after another week. Therefore complete it got them fourteen days to complete what appears might have been managed inside a few hours.
