Sent me Threatening Lette

A few months ago I PURCHASED A FEW Acer One Netbooks. One netbook wouldn’t operate without the plug being constantly in a state of constant charge. To solve this matter I called Warranty service and they instructed I send it in. I promptly did and was surprised to receive back not the blue Acer unit but a white replacement. This was of no problem to me so I promptly started using it. Today I received from your corporation, ACER in the form of a most insolent and rude communication. What I am wondering is what the individuals who represent this company from the top down might respond to a communication that so poorly represents your company. (See initial communication from “TISH “listed below)
It is obvious the repair and/or customer service department are rudderless in a sea of companies that are striving for competency and customer satisfaction and to appear a notch above others.
If this communication that I received represents your companies best effort to communicate with a customer it has “put-out†is a threat to label the consumer as a thief and not eligible for warranty service concerning the mistakenly delivered incorrect Acer PC.
I have done without my PC for more than 2 weeks. I am not going to do without it for a moment more.
I understand you might want to correct your ineptitude correctly deliver the precise computer to the right customer. I wish you well in your quest.
Upon receiving my correctly repaired PC, delivered to my home I will place the computer you ineptly sent to me within that said box. Having confidence in your preeminence thought process in enclosing a pre-paid UPS postage I will return the incorrectly sent PC bank to you. All I need from you is an apology for threatening to level said consumer a thief and the promise that such a blasphemous letter might never be sent to another consumer again.in exchange for this I promise not to continue cc-ing this letter to various media outlets where it will eventually l be picked up for even wider distribution.
I know as a corporation you must strive for better customer relations than this. This individual, Tish, of service operations is obviously not your finest example of what Acer is capable of.
Looking for executive guidance to deal with this matter as any and all communication from said: Tish†will be regarded as harassment and do not desire any future emails/phone calls from that individual.
