Unmitigated Disaster
1st Pre: Random Errors. Sprint replaced (but I had to go to store)
2nd Pre: Inexplicably Died. Replaced, again required trip to store.
3rdPre: new error causes headset mike (tried changing headsets) to only Receive sound, Not send sound.
*despite insurance/high costs/short usage, Sprint "as of last week" will not replace units" will credit $75 to new one. Unbelievable. Long time customer.
