This is how in my opinion Influence Pcs works. I purchase a carefully investigated particular component that I want centered on design range etc. They deliver me another component that's ineffective. (Baitandswitch) I contact them. Customer Support (who're rude) rest in my experience and inform me they'll deliver the right component, & advise me to come back incorrect part within the costly UPS Express mail carrier. I quickly return component, anticipating the right part to become quickly delivered as guaranteed. Effect Computers gets the component back... Since they've a shipping recorded, along with a component delivered, they email me and state it's my problem simply because they delivered the PartI requested which is not faulty (NOT!!!) plus they are likely to cost me an enormous restocking charge $19.95 on my $53 buy plus $10 return cost. They are in possession of my cash, the PartI delivered at my cost, along with a shipping confirmation. They inform me to hold back 15 business days for my reimbursement. After I protest about some of this, they indicate their guidelines published online-which help their shady methods. I delay the three months (15 business days) for my reimbursement that's not come. For me, Effect pcs are fraud artists who're earning money cheating and taking from clients. Research your options before purchasing something out of this organization!!! Google "Effect Pcs grievances" and find out what pops up!!! Knowing in the quantity of comparable grievances that I study, they've been achieving this baitandswitch fraud to get a very long time (decades), getting you large restock costs and delivery costs which are never returned due to their errors. (not necessarily errors simply because they deliver you incorrect component purposely?) They publish lies and much more reasons (plan) to react to grievances. If you should be a target of the organization contact the Florida Attorney General and you will document an internet criticism or demand an application to submit.
