I’ve bought a HP Notebook (Design: Nx7300, Sr. No. Cnu7051g0p, pr. No. Rr585av). Because my purchase, I’ve began receiving continuing issues in a variety of elements for example motherboard, LCD screen, DVD-ROM, AC Adapter etc. These issues are therefore regular that, I’ve to go to the support center each month or two. These would be the explanation of the different conditions that, I’ve confronted and got my notebook maintained for your same:

1. Mother board changed once because of the issue using the show driver.

2. CD ROM changed along-using the motherboard that has created some problem due to the motherboard.

3. The rechargeable battery changed once within the twelve months period since, the tissues are broken within the receiving-discharging period.

4. AC Adapter changed once since, it had been unable to help the charging of battery.

5. LCD screen changed once lately that has created some show problems.

And, today the LCD screen has again began making exactly the same show problem because of that the prior LCD screen was changed per month before.

Therefore, it’s a disgrace that the respected organization like horsepower has such faulty parts (or might be recycled components) mounted on it’s new systems-which wants alternative every occasionally. A whole lot worse, it’s been nearly 3 months since, I’ve stuck a for that alternative to the faulty component and it has not obtained the stated component in the support center till today

I’ve approached the client service department.
