To whom it may concern,
I have been a Dell customer for 6 yrs, 3 yrs ago I purchased an inspiron 530 computer service tag # 98lcgd1 and a photo all in one 926 printer service tag # cbtsfb1
Up until this time I have not had to use the scanner on this product.
When I tried to scan I got a message stating that said needed a disk with a ocr application on it.
I call customer service was on the phone for a hour and a half, first with the printer department, then technical support, who then transferred me to the software team.
I spoke with a supervisor Raj P (id # 14123) who said if I paid for this disk then he could send this to me.
First of all all of the departments I spoke with said that they don’t send the disk because it should have been installed when I brought the printer however it is evident that it was not
installed.

Can someone please help me rectify this problem.
