I requested a notebook from Entrance in August. I received my notebook in September.in March I approached Gateway to tell them the pre-mounted application for Microsoft wasn't functioning. They recommended me to make contact with Microsoft. I've been dealing with Microsoft since March of this past year plus they weren't ready to resolve the issue in those days. Yesterday I had been about the notebook joining for college when it stop.in the beginning I believed to myself perhaps the battery is free. After I examined it, it was intact. I slice the computer back on. The very first thing I noticed was the Gateway sreen. It never moved down. 5 minutes later the Realtek trunk display got up informing me "no OS discovered."
