Do not buy into this scam operation. To entice new customers to sign onto their service, they promised that customers would be able to use their existing phone numbers with Magic Jack by the end of the year. They have completely renigged on that promise, as such a service is not available. We can only use numbers they assign, which does many of us no good whatsoever. Now they utterly refuse to pay refunds, despite failing completely to deliver what they promised in their ads and are still promising at this writing.in fact, they can offer NO prediction when or if existing phone numbers will ever be available to use through Magic Jack in 2010. Massive scam.
