Paid $99.00 but cancelled order, no refund or purchase of other items

I paid $99.00 deposit to get a Brother MFC 3360C PC. I terminated the purchase within 3 times. I had been advised I really could buy another product for that deposit, but product never shipped. I'm really annoyed, since $99.00 is of cash. When there is somebody available that will help please contact me by email at [email protected]. Cheers
