False advertising

I bought a MD7820u Notebook for $599.00 as marketed with 4gb of DDR3 memory and an ATI RAdeon HD3650 Graphics card. But really the MD7820u boats with 4GB DD2 storage and an Intel GM4500HD Design processor. Have approached Entrance plus they state that I have to cope with OfficeMax to solve the problem. OfficeMax claims they'll not except open-box for return. Additionally want to note this isn't the only real mistake the MD7822u, MD7826u, additionally record various specification.
