I have done all I could. I have opened customer care tickets, I have written the president of Sonic a letter and I called called the sales department, all to no avail.
A year ago I purchased Creator 09 while running XP for $100. When I upgraded to Win7 all of my software still worked except Creator. Roxio wants $50 to upgrade which makes the price of my s/w $150. Unreasonable!
I offered $20 which I feel is fair and no one will give the offer the time of day. I find the company's policies insulting to someone who spent good money on their product.
I tried to escalate the problem and sales refused to provide me with any contact information above them.
All I want is to use a good product for a fair price.
I am trying to appeal to your sense of fairness, $50 more is a lot of money on top of the $100 I already spent.
