I purchased an upgraded display for my notebook also it arrived faulty. It didn't function. Before having the ability to return it, I'd to use another check for connecting it to my notebook and get images of the defective display and also the operating check to show it was faulty. I eventually got the agreement to come back it. I purchased the 2nd alternative display so when it came, it had been the incorrect one, wasn't fresh, had a bubble-like deficiency and needed to once more get images to deliver them for agreement to get a return. Just after spending more than 1 1/2 hours on the online talk, awaiting no response and starting another chat did I eventually get agreement to get a return. They explained to deliver the alternative displays by regular USPS but I'm not slipping for that technique since I have study the way the results wander off and so I delivered my results having a following range at my own personal cost. I need all to not purchase something from screenaid.com. Be cautious since I've read each goes by many business names. I really hope I will look for a business that I will trust.
