Charged for something I didn't order, twice

I tested my charge card record and discovered two expenses from DRI*Symantec (Providers and Product) within the quantity of $114.99 each! I approached my charge card organization and questioned the costs plus they corrected them pending a study. I don't such as this organization or their payment methods!
