I bought the Magic Jack, and was all excited on saving money. But once I installed it, from the start, all the callers could hear on the other line was a beeping sound. It's VERY aggravating! So I could ONLY chat online with a live agent. There was no number for me to call and get help!?! I followed there direction and did the "upgrades" (3 times). And it's still not working... I "chatted" 3 times with the "support" and still nothing?!?!?! Please don't waste your money or time.
