I bought a Gigabyte motherboard from Newegg in November 08 which had a $20 discount. Nevertheless haven't obtained it after numerous calls. After performing research that I must have completed before purchasing a Gigabyte item I Have unearthed that this isn't unusual together. Additionally I Have unearthed that easily need to do an RMA, I might or might not obtain the panel back. I submitted a problem using the BBB.
Main point here is don't purchase their items if you don't do not mind inadequate customer support.
