Did not recieve payment EVER, and i am locked out of my account because they changed password and contact email

I posted my bill for promoting on that site on April 18th, BUT STILL haven't received payment. These mother fukers went into my account and transformed the code and contact mail, and consequently, I'm locked-out of my bill. Again, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED PAYMENT FOLLOWING A MONTH!

Don't use this site!

They're a lot of conning, laying, deceiving, sorry reasons for people. (yes, I am mad!)
