I purchase via an online marketing to get a wireless modem for Timewarner Cable. I obtained them after I was absent for some months, sometime early February 09. After I delivered, I visited the neighborhood Oceanic Time-Warner Cable Organization to determine a merchant account and connect the wire plus they explained the device I obtained isn't any suitable for the Oceanic program. And so I attempted to-go in-line to obtain an RMA for return however the site would not I would like to finish the applying... I tried many times. And so I tried calling many time for you to the amount about the modem bundle, that we never exposed, 909-975-6300 also it simply rings and not answeres. I simply wish to return to get a return.
