Asked about Microsoft software pkg to add to my sons laptop. Was explained options, purchased $130 pkg to install. Only got backup discs and virus. Rung up wrong. Salesperson was selling multiple people at the time. Managers at store refused to do anything. Corporate customer service refused to do anything. Corporate customer service said they had no power to do anything... Why have the departmant then? After 50 minutes of no help in the store from managers, I got loud... They offered to install the software if I pay for it. Yeah, no one I know or forever meet will be allowed to pay Best Buy one cent I promise you. They have NO customer Service at all. It was suggested I wait and confront the salesperson in the store. Are they crazy, wind me up for 55 minutes and turn me loose. Wow, great plan.
Oh, I'm having t-shirts made up that say I got bait and switched at Best Buy. Plan to wear them up to the store next week. Perhaps they will get the message.
