Extremely poor customer support
I visited nearby Micro Centre situated in Marietta, Atlanta shop on 2/11/09 to buy a notebook which was for sale. After I reached the Computer/notebook division there have been three sellers on the ground, two which seemed to be helping clients. The shop had really low client traffic and there seemed to be adequate employment. After I contacted both distinct sellers to assist me find an accessible salesman within the Computer/notebook dept., I had been instantly informed "I'm active having a client... FRIEND!" and was dismissed. All I needed was for possibly to get hold of another sales affiliate who'd have the ability to help me. I waited for roughly fifteen minutes but still there have been no sales contacts insight. I contacted another shop worker who had been performing stock. That you don't get any for $400. This shop got a failing grade... Buyer beware
