I'll NEVER move base in a Donald's Bridal shop again. And that I have previously steered several family and friends people from the shop likewise. The client support of these that work with Donald's Bridal is TERRIBLE. I visited two distinct shops in my own neighborhood (Greenfield WI and Brookfield WI) and EQUALLY I obtained exactly the same terrible customer support. A sales woman in the Brookfield, WI shop wouldn't actually aid us on trying-on jr. Bridesmaid gowns since we weren't authorized there. (only a little history - my robe is from Eva's Bridal along side my flower-girl gown, and bridesmaid gowns). We were buying gown for the jr. Attendant. And Mark's Bridal was reluctant to assist us due to the fact I didnt undergo them for my other wedding party gowns. We wound up lately purchasing our jr. Bridesmaid gown through Evais (which we ought to did right from the start). SUBSEQUENTLY ~ a couple of months later, my MOH and myself visited the Donald's Bridal in Greenfield, WI plus they declined to help us due to the fact we didn't have a scheduled appointment. I had been advised to return 24 hours later and create a scheduled appointment. She didn't care that I had been in a, despite the fact that TWO sales affiliates were free (meaning these were not assisting other clients). Irrespective of both of these sales affiliates being ACCESSIBLE, they nevertheless wouldn't assist me until I'd a scheduled appointment. She got the dresses that I'd in my own fingers as though I had been prohibited to actually CONTACT the gowns. I quit the shop really ashamed, and that I WOn't return there! The client support was TERRIBLE!!! BTW ~ I'm not really a high-maintenance type of woman and that I don't search for the top quality, fancy, custom gowns. I simply needed something which appeared good and was affordable. I came across that (and amazing customer support) and Eva's Bridal Heart in Oak Creek, WI. Anybody buying really trustworthy company, I recommend Evais. =)
