Difficult in receiving a refund

I bought the machine recently for $59.99 and also have invested several, many hours to finish their many packages and demands but still they've not finished my installation. Our reason behind buying is the fact that each time I continued point their marketing got up and managed to get hard to carry on other activities on my pc. I subsequently chose to buy it to have reduce them-but today after buying it-they are which makes it very hard to accomplish the installation. I'm requesting them to get a reimbursement of my $59.99 which also they're which makes it very hard. Are you able to support? Our mail is [email protected]
