Randy Lipnitz, operator, was involved to repair home-network, did unauthorized function, mounted 'aged' engineering, billed thousands greater than displayed. Community didn't function, needed to be reconfigured by another company. Randyis gear was delivered, he became beligerant, aggressive, shouting within the road, threatening. Wouldn't recognize guarantees. Beware: don't give this person your creditcardnumber.
