Unable to register to Seagate Customer website

I purchased Seagate Freeagent 750GB last Feb also it simply died a week ago. I attempted to join up to Seagate Customer Care site (https://partnerreg. Seagate.com/pppm/CSORegistration) often and maintained receiving:

I attempted register with IE 7, Firefox 3, and Chrome browser and got exactly the same error information.

I tried to contact Seagate Customer Care telephone 1 800-seagate on Friday 12/29 now and was placed on store for around one-hour both times.

It appeared Seagate did not wish to remain behind their items also it reflected on numerous feedback I study from Web about that specific drive (ST3750640AS)
