My 30 day free trial for a sprint broadband device ended up with a billing amount of $408 even though the device was returned. I initially paid $227.98 assuming I would be satisfied then I tried to get the service cancelled and returned the device to them via tracked UPS and they did receive it but they claim I still owe $179.00 and add charges every month and are threatening to turn me over to a credit agency. I am sorry for taking their offer for the free trial but glad I cancelled since if one month with the device returned cost $408 and also their customer service has been terrible - with long waits, not able to solve the problem, dropped calls and rudeness. I am allowing the $179 and growing to be turned over to a collection agency because I refuse to pay more than $227 for my "FREE TRIAL"
