I'm writing to protest about Acer America. I bought this notebook from Tiger Direct a few months before so that as you can observe in the subsequent characters what it required to obtain the equipment set. It's ultimately working. Recently, March 8th, I obtained a phone from Mark at Acer in Arizona (he wasn't rude atleast) informing me they easy couldn't pay me for the outofpocket costs I've sustained as a result of this orange??? Nonetheless they have simply TODAY situated my unique drive (acknowledging the one they delivered to me wasn't quarry) and might I love any information gathered from this? Nearly 2 weeks too late. Currently dropped one customer and settled to obtain information gathered from my company 1400 miles away.

I've still never noticed a term from Acer Headquarters or Tiger Strong regarding some of this.

They're still not providing to pay me for the money I'd to invest to obtain this factor mounted.

Any suggestions about how I will get this spread all over the world to ensure that others don't purchase Acer items and obtain right into a dilemma such as this?

I'm writing to state my good dismay in the support that I've been supplied (or not) by your organization. I bought my Acer from Tiger Strong on December 11. I packed all my company applications and my customer information onto the equipment and got my company down to California for four weeks. Upon introduction, I popped my device and prepared myself to create a picture copy of the push (regular regular process of me). The equipment exposed windows. I went away to get my Genuine Image application so when I delivered the equipment had frozen. I waited a decent period of time to determine if it'd recover itself subsequently close it down personally. After I attempted to restart it simply pumped the drive over and over. Actually the Acer recover drive that I created at preliminary setup didn't start.

I called restoration. The specialist was supportive and useful, described my choices regarding the drive using the information onto it and study mean arrangement (content enclosed) which he'd me differ to. The difference, he advised me, means that I needed to recuperate the information ion the hard drive which when the issue was actually a defective drive I'd be delivered back my previous push, that we might subsequently try an area individual to truly have the information retrieved. Ok, I unfortunately loaded, covered and delivered the notebook to Tx for that warranty repair. I had been worried but he'd assured me that I possibly could easily get this completed. Today, it got a little unpleasant. The equipment delivered nearly 14 days later having a fresh empty drive inside it. No outdated drive was within the container. He returned about the point and stated he was having difficulty “finding” the technology and might contact me in 10 minutes. He never named. I waited one hour and called back. I spoke to Messy. He explained rapidly that “Oh yes, obviously they'd situated my hard drive”. I had been a little irritated by this time around and he Messy was mocking and rude informing me it had been NOT Acer policy…I had been administered poor information…not THEIR fault…he didn’t need to deliver the push, the contract I rejected wasn't as previously mentioned, and only for my expert was really obvious Gooru, etc. Etc. Beautiful perspective.

I gave him my creditcardnumber and he assured me the push could be shipped on Friday or Wednesday morning in the newest. The brand new push eventually came about 1:00 on Friday. I popped the container and looked over the bundle. Immediately I observed the bundle had another SR number on it…NOT OUR SR amount. But I got it to my computer-tech anyway. Whenever we got the push from the carrier we realized that the push itself claims “Certified Fixed HDD”. Well today, possibly this OR EVEN my unique difficult drive…or Acer offered me a fresh device having a licensed drive inside it. The technology is extremely dubious and surprised at Acer. We obviously attempted to locate information about the push but, unsurprisingly, the push was totally clear.

I bought an Acer due to the businesses status. Acer was allegedly among the greatest. I'm acutely disappointed at this time and incredibly dissatisfied in Acer. I've dropped months of client function because of the completely new machine’s breakdown and very feasible dropped one customer. I've settled my local technology and that I settled shipping about the unique fix cargo (copies closed). Personally I think the least Acer might do is always to return these costs that I'd to get in the disappointment of the completely new program. I'll expect an answer for this criticism.

I'm writing to still another notice in regards to the issues with my Acer notebook. I'm hanging a duplicate of my Feb 8 notice which describes the issues that happened with my completely new notebook. Ever since then, I've had more issues. I experienced another week of attempting to get my work files from my organization 1400 kilometers away to ensure that I really could return to function. Nevertheless, my completely new refurbished notebook merely wouldn't operate correctly. It was sluggish and seemed just like a croaking toad after I popped it. I named in my own local computer-tech once more. He invested time operating even more assessments and unearthed that the storage was poor. HE approached Acer (and was handled very effectively) and acquired some fresh storage for that device. Then he invested additional time and got me-up and operating.

I bought an Acer due to the company’s status. Acer was allegedly among the greatest. I'm acutely disappointed at this time and incredibly dissatisfied in Acer. In light of that's occurred in my experience with this specific completely new Acer Encourage notebook personally I think that Acer must atleast present to return me the expense I've sustained in attempting to restore this device. I'll expect an answer for this criticism.
