I should have researched this company prior to buying from them through the Sears.com website! I found they have an %u201DF" rating through the Better Business Bureau! I purchased a computer and it did not look anything like the website item.in fact it was completely the wrong computer! After trying numerous times to contact the vendor via phone, I have had NO RESPONSE. After trying to contact the vendor via email, I still have had no response! Sears has sent me an email stating that I could go to their website to get CTRONICS company info. When I attempted to do this NO SUCH COMPANY EXISTS! I had to get their info through my own research. After googling this company, I found they work out of their home in Texas! To date I have had no response. Today I received an email from Sears asking me to review the CTRONICS return policy. I wasn't surprised to learn that no such return policy exists for this company on the Sears website.
