I have a 2009 HP Netbook 110-1040TU, which I am planning to sell. So what I did is I tried to restore it from Factory Reset.
Unfortunately, I forgot to plugged in the netbook while it was running Restore using Roxio.
Expectedly, the Win XP corrupted.

So I went to HP Service Center Buendia, to report my problem and asked them to restore it from a factory Reset. They accepted the unit and after 2weeks, they released the unit, I was satisfied then as I can see my Win XP running again.
Later, as I was ready to sell the unit, I checked again to see if everything is ok, later to find out that there is no Internet Explorer, WiFi is not working, Roxio Software is missing and a lot of software files I cannot find.
I called HP and told them the problem and asked them how did they install Win XP? One Michael told me that they were only catering for Hardware problems. WTF!!! In the first place they should not accepted my unit if they are ignorant in recovering it. I should have bought an Old Win XP installer and do it myself, if I only knew how newbie their technicians are. I paid Php1600 and this is what I got. An OS with incomplete software. I thought that since they were official HP carrier, they can access recovery software and help me with my problem.
I demand a refund on this lousy service, otherwise, they have to fix my Netbook Software problems.
