Been three days without a word

I bought two DLC content from them for the 1st time.
Then the credit card i used was compromised and all irregular transactions were reversed.
I told the bank to sort it out by giving them the money back but only the 1st transaction went through and the second one bounced.

Steam support told me that they will check up on it but have not come back to me for three days now...
I have opened a second ticket in the hopes that something will happen.

I am highly upset because now i cannot play the DLC that i paid for.
