Complaint / review text:
As per the title. I moved from one "EU" region territory to another. Sony won't change my country and thus I can no longer purchase items on my PSN account because, surprise-surprise, my Swedish credit card won't work with the address of a different country on it.
One year of trying to get support to deal with it, of trying to get some form of communication. Either I'm ignored or told to "create another account" and lose the games I own digitally, my username and my achievements.
Great service, Sony. Great service.
