Digital items from PlayStation Home Store never received and sales final

I purchased some digital items on the PlayStation store and didn't receive anything at all for my money. When I called Sony about the issue they said "all sales were final". I would avoid purchasing anything from the Sony PlayStation store as you may not get anything for your money and "all sales are final" apparently even if you received nothing for your money.
