I do like very much how quickly you help me with my computer problems. Guru is always available and easy to work with. However, sometimes I feel they do not always resolve the problems and I have to call back to discuss why computer not responding as it should. For instance it had a problem installing microsoft updates and took more than 1 call to get this problem resolved. But overall I do think Guru responds timely and try their best to fix any problems
