I called with a small question and they talked me into thinking I had computer problems that needed fixed. It cost 169.99. They did not fx anything in fact that they used my computer for fraud. I figured out a problem and contacted Parelogic and paid them 250.00 to fix they huge HUGE mess and stop the illegal usage then i had to pay parelogic to avoid it happening again. When I called guru aide they hung up on me. They conned me easy.
