For three weeks or so I have been trying to renew my device to no avail. Customer service is terrible never a straight forward answer. Account under review for what reason no one knows no one and I mean no one can tell me why I have been on line plenty of times and get the same response. What is so hard about renewing a device? Why is it that no one has answers or gets back with you!
